I wonder if it's because oh how pikachu is more of a Japanese region mascot (Kanto, Jhoto, Hoenn, Sinnoh) where Unova is based off of New York and New Jersey

I just thought of something... What if Gen VI, VII, and VIII are like II, III, and IV with how Pokemon evolve and stuff? And those gens can take place in a recreation of American areas like how the other gens took place in Japan, although I like the terrain of the previous gens

Well, the Orre region is supposed to be based on Alabama, and the Oblivia region is supposed to be based on Hawaii, so there are already two other regions based on U.S. states. Smile

At Floccesy Ranch you can find wild Psyduck and Azurill (Okay, I know Azurill is a Normal-type, but if you take good care of it then you'll have the cutest Water-type from Gen II). They should tide you over for now. Wink

Like I said before. If I had known i could catch Growlith in the game I would have never started with Tepig. Now Im screwed casue I really need a Water pokemon. And I dont want Azurill or Psyduck. There has to be others.

I ended up taking clay out with Victinis zen Headbutt, so maybe teach a Pokemon with zen Headbutt or another unusual move, in my play through it was weird because, water had little effect on Clay, electric didn't effect Skyla, ice not work on the dragons, electric diet work on the water gym either... I had to rely on zen Headbutt for most of the game...

I didn't have many dramas with the three Gyms I tackled so far. Riolu in Aspertia, Magnemite in Virbank and Darumaka in Castelia. I'm kinda dreading Elesa, though. She was tough the first time around. Neutral

I beat the fourth Gym Leader yesterday. Because I really feel hat i need a water type pokemon I just said to hell with it and caught an Azurill. I caught one this morning at 5. Thganks to the gym battle and exp share that azurill is currently at lvl 26.

WHat should I expect for each one.

Cheren: 11-13
Roxie: 16-18 (be careful with her Venipede)

I'm training a Snover I befriended in the Dream World (nicknamed Bigfoot) for the Gym battle against Clay. With him, my Leavanny (nicknamed Lief) and my Oshawott (nicknamed Ninja) all at roughly Lv. 30, I should be ready to challenge him. Smile

It's funny, cause I'm playing the first White at the same time and I'm also up to Clay in that as well. Laughing

@Kingrex: No you don't get Exp. Points, but you can access the Relic Passage and obtain a Volcarona. I'm looking to catch it as well as a Baltoy for my team. Smile

As for the Relic Passage, I'm not sure if it's how to progress, but I do know that it's the only way to enter the lower levels of Relic Castle, which is where you can get Volcarona. I wonder if you can get fossils in there too... Smile
